Will Durrett is the Founder, Architect, and Chief Executive Officer of EraGenix™, a regenerative medicine and performance-based healthcare platform designed to bridge athletic performance, biologic therapies, and physician-directed clinical systems.
With a professional foundation rooted in strength & conditioning, biomechanics, and athletic performance, Will spent years working directly with athletes and high-performing individuals, developing a deep understanding of joint mechanics, recovery, and the long-term consequences of tissue degeneration. This performance-based perspective revealed a critical gap in traditional medicine: symptoms were treated, but tissue health was rarely addressed.
Will’s transition into medicine was shaped through his work at Boston Scientific within interventional spine and neuromodulation environments, where he gained firsthand experience in physician-led care, regulated medical technologies, and outcomes-driven clinical decision-making. He later expanded into medical practice development, regenerative services, and ancillary growth, working directly alongside physicians to build scalable, compliant clinical models.
As the architect of EraGenix™, Will designed the brand’s tiered regenerative treatment pathways, patient education systems, and franchise-ready operational framework—ensuring care is biologically responsible, ethically delivered, and performance-informed. His leadership emphasizes physician oversight, education-first care, and long-term patient outcomes over exaggerated claims or trend-driven medicine.
Will holds a Bachelor of Arts from Coastal Carolina University and a Master’s Degree in Secondary Education from Grand Canyon University, and remains actively engaged in continuing education across regenerative medicine, performance science, and clinical systems.

Dr. William Edward Durrett, Jr., M.D. (“Dr. Bill”) is a board-certified Anesthesiologist and Interventional Pain Management Physician with over 35 years of clinical experience and more than 20 years dedicated to regenerative medicine. Licensed in South Carolina and Georgia, he serves as Chief Medical Officer and physician educator for EraGenix™ — The Next Era of Human Healing.
A graduate of the Medical College of Georgia School of Medicine, Dr. Durrett completed advanced training in general surgery, anesthesiology, and interventional pain management. Over the past two decades, he has been an early adopter and practitioner of regenerative and biologic therapies, developing precision-based techniques and protocols that are safe, reproducible, and clinically effective.
At EraGenix™, Dr. Durrett’s primary role is to educate and mentor physicians seeking to integrate ethical, physician-directed, cash-pay regenerative services into their practices. Through hands-on training and structured clinical education, he teaches technique, patient selection, and real-world implementation of regenerative biologics, exosome therapies, IV protocols, and non-invasive modalities.
Dr. Durrett is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, has lectured nationally for over a decade, and has been recognized multiple times as a Top Doctor for Pain Management. His mission through EraGenix™ is to help physicians move beyond symptom management and into scalable, regenerative care—advancing medicine into the next era of human healing.

Director of Clinical Operations
Mayra Valdez Rodriguez serves as Director of Clinical Operations, bringing more than 18 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical management, compliance, and revenue optimization across multi-site medical organizations and regenerative medicine clinics.
She plays a central role in translating vision into execution—overseeing clinic build-outs, launch timelines, operational systems, and standardized protocols that ensure consistency, compliance, and profitability across all locations. Her expertise spans staffing models, workforce management, HIPAA and OSHA compliance, clinical audits, and the integration of EMR, LIS, and clinical technology platforms.
Mayra is instrumental in implementing EraGenix’s PA-led, physician-directed operating model, a structure designed to preserve clinical quality while materially reducing provider payroll and improving EBITDA at the clinic level. Through centralized physician oversight and protocol-driven care, her operational leadership enables efficient launches, predictable performance, and rapid multi-location scalability.
