Regenerative Medicine
Regenerative medicine is a modern approach to healthcare that focuses on supporting the body’s natural ability to heal, restore, and optimize itself – rather than masking symptoms or relying on invasive procedures.
Personalized Treatment Plans
At EraGenix™, we have developed two distinct regenerative treatment menus—RegenExo™ and RegenMatrix™—designed to create highly personalized care plans for each patient.
These platforms allow our medical team to tailor treatment based on individual goals, conditions, and biological needs. Through physician-directed protocols, therapies may be delivered via IV therapy, aesthetic treatments , injectables, or nebulized solutions, providing targeted and systemic support for healing, recovery, and overall wellness.
Together, RegenExo™ and RegenMatrix™ Products form a comprehensive, customizable approach to regenerative medicine—focused on precision, consistency, and optimal patient outcomes.
What Are Exosomes?
Exosomes are like tiny messengers that carry important information between cells, helping them communicate and do their jobs effectively. When exosomes are injected from human umbilical cord tissues, our old cells receive important messages to repair and replicate into healthier, younger cells.
Available research indicates that exosomes possess anti-inflammatory properties and can potentially be used to support the regeneration of aging or damaged tissues by delivering rejuvenating signals to the target cells. MSCs are naturally present in our bodies until a certain age, and by replenishing our bodies with them, we have the capacity to accelerate the healing process of injuries by promoting tissue repair, modulating inflammation, and improving immune responses.
How Do They Work?
When administered to a target area, such as an injured or damaged tissue, MSC exosomes are taken up by neighboring cells. Once inside the recipient cells, the bioactive molecules in the exosomes can influence gene expression, protein synthesis, and cellular functions. This process can lead to a series of beneficial effects, such as promoting tissue repair, reducing inflammation, and stimulating the growth of new blood vessels, which may collectively aid in the healing and regeneration of the injured area.
Studies have explored the potential applications of stem cell-derived exosomes in various areas, including peripheral nerve damage, traumatic brain injury, wound healing, bone fusion, tissue repair, inflammation modulation, skin health, cartilage health, ligament/tendon injuries, osteoarthritis, bone health, and women’s health. It is important to note that, as of now, there are no FDA-approved exosome products available in the United States.
Why Use Placental Derived Stem Cell Exosomes?
The use of stem cells in regenerative medicine has skyrocketed over the last years. While great success has been achieved with the use of live stem cells, there are still downsides to using live cells. For one, live stem cells have a relatively short life span once injected into the body. In some rare cases, they can cause immune responses in the recipient of the treatment. Live cell can also accumulate in the blood vessels or can cause random growths in the body.
Positioning of Regulators
Currently, the only FDA approved way to use live stem cells is if they are derived from the patient themselves or are not manipulated in any way and used as a tissue transplant, for example in bone marrow transplants. These current methods of using live stem cells have major shortcomings beyond the health risk. First, any tissue that is used as a transplant is limited in its application in only being able to be applied to similar tissue (placenta membranes may only be used on similar skin type tissues). Second, any self derived stem cells are subject to degradation due to aging. At the age of 40 a person’s stem cells begin to lose effectiveness. By the age of 60, the age of most patients needing stem cell treatments, the stem cells are barely effective, if at all.
Stem Cell Sources
In adults, the sources of accessible stem cells are limited to the bone marrow and fat (adipose) tissue. Both require surgical intervention to obtain viable cells. Additionally, these degrade and decrease in quantity as the donor ages. A more robust and plentiful source of regenerative stem cells are umbilical cord and the placenta, both tissues that are normally discarded after birth. Therefore, placental/umbilical cord derived stem cells are the most ethical appropriate source of stem cells to manufacture exosomes.

What Our Clients Are Saying
Dr. Durrett provided me with relief from an ailment that no one else was able to. He was sympathetic to my discomfort and was determined to find a treatment that would be successful. I have nothing but nice things to say about Dr. Durrett and his staff. They are kind people. It was refreshing to be in a place where I felt they truly cared about me.

Patricia Reynolds
Dr. Durrett and his staff are very caring and professional. At my first appointment , in April 2025, I was in so much pain. My right hip hurt with each step. I was unable to do everyday activities Through my plan of care with Dr. Durrett, things have really turned around. I am able to walk pain free and enjoy all the things I love to do. Dr. Durrett and staff, I cannot thank you enough.
Phyllis Scruggs
Dr Durrett is the best! He’s kind, compassionate and will do all he can to make sure your visit to him is pleasant. I highly recommend him.
Gwen Proctor
I would like to say that I tried this medical facility, not knowing much about pain management or stem cell therapy. I was facing another L5/S1 surgery and having difficulties with daily life. When the stem cell therapy was offered to me, I was very reluctant, but I felt very comfortable speaking with the staff and the doctor. 30 days after deciding to go the stem cell route, I am pleased beyond belief with almost 90% of my pain reduced. This is the by far the best medical decision I have ever made and I feel certain it will keep me off the operating room table for a third time!!! Thank you to Dr. Durrett and staff for giving me my life back!!!

I have had low back pain for well over 20 years and doctors couldn’t pinpoint the issue, just wanted to keep giving me cortisone injections. Dr Evans and Dr Durrett were able to see on the fluoroscopy my issue and with the stem cells placed approx 4 mos ago now, I am up to 80% pain free!! Their interest is in your well being, not the money. They go well above and beyond to ensure the stem cells work with great follow-up care which is included in the price! Highly recommend!
